The anti-dumping measures on styrene butadiene rubber imported from Russia, Japan and South Korea were terminated. On September 7, 2009, the Ministry of Commerce issued the annual Announcement No. 62, deciding to continue to implement anti-dumping measures on styrene butadiene rubber imported from Russia, Japan and South Korea in accordance with the Announcement No. 49 in 2003, Announcement No. 81 in 2005, Announcement No. 65 in 2006, Announcement No. 68 in 2006 and Announcement No. 86 in 2007, with the implementation period of five yearsOn March 7, 2014, the Ministry of Commerce issued its annual Announcement No. 15, announcing that the above anti-dumping measures will expire on September 7, 2014. From the date of the announcement, the domestic industry or the natural person, legal person or relevant organization representing the domestic industry may, 60 days before the expiry date of the anti-dumping measures, file a written application for final review with the Ministry of Commerce
within the time limit specified in the announcement, the domestic industry of styrene butadiene rubber did not apply for final review, and the Ministry of commerce also decided not to initiate the investigation of final review. In view of this, since September 8th, 2014, the implementation of anti-dumping measures applicable to imported styrene butadiene rubber from Russia, Russia, Japan and South Korea, which should be equipped with online outer diameter detector in the plan, has been terminated.
